相鉄フレッサインでは、2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの延期に伴い、対象期間に「事前カード決済・取消不可プラン」をご予約頂きましたお客様につきましては、当該プランの取消を取消料不要にて受け付けさせていただきます。
対応期間内に下記お問い合わせフォームから、ご予約いただきましたホテルまで取消のご連絡をお願いいたします。

相鉄フレッサイン公式サイト、その他宿泊予約サイト
※その他宿泊予約サイト経由の予約につきましては、各予約サイトの規定により取消の対応をいたしかねる場合がございます。
※旅行代理店経由のご予約取消につきましては、各旅行代理店の規定によります。
取消をご希望の際はご予約の旅行代理店へお問い合わせください。

下記お問い合わせフォームから、ご予約いただきましたホテルまで取消のご連絡をお願いいたします。
ホテル名、宿泊予定日、宿泊者名、電話番号、E-mailアドレス、宿泊予約の取消希望の旨をご連絡ください。
※返信に数日を要する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
※なおチェックイン日当日以降にご連絡をいただいた場合は取消料は不要となりません。

At Sotetsu Fresa Inn, due to the postponement of Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games,customers who have booked an “advance credit card payment/non-cancellable plan” during the applicable period may cancel said plan without incurring a cancellation fee.
Please use the contact form below to contact the hotel you have reserved and request cancellation within the applicable period.

*Reservations made via other reservation sites may not be canceled in some cases in accordance with the rules of each reservation site.
*Reservation cancellation via a travel agency is subject to the rules of each travel agency.

■Period during which cancellation fee will not be incurred
