- * This is not applicable in some hotels (normal check-in at 2:00 pm).
- * If we cannot provide a room, we will provide bottled water or a drink at the restaurant. However, hotels where the normal check-in time is 2:00 pm do not qualify for the basic benefits, so this will be handled at each hotel.
