For your stay,
you will get JPY 500 back in cash per room, per night. For instance, if you stay for 2 nights, you will get JPY 1,000 back in cash.In order to enjoy the benefits, you will be kindly required to book the room via our official website (PC or mobile) then check in with the QR code in the mobile apps or web browser.- *For THE POCKET HOTEL, it will be JPY 200 per room, per night.
- *Some packages are not eligible.
- *For the hotels overseas (outside Japan) and Forest Hongo, we will provide another benefit in place of cashback.
Early check-in at
2:00 pm
- *This is not applicable in some hotels (normal check-in at 2:00 pm).
- *If we cannot provide a room, we will provide bottled water or a drink at the restaurant. However, hotels where the normal check-in time is 2:00 pm do not qualify for the basic benefits, so this will be handled at each hotel.
Late check-out at
12:00 pm
- *This is not applicable in some hotels (normal check-out at 12:00 pm).
If you stay 10 nights or more per year,
you will be given a JPY 2,000 gratitude coupon- *The number of nights of stay will be counted from January 1, 2022, and the coupon distribution will start in January 2023.
- *The day use (day trip) plan will not be counted.
- *The Coupon is not valid at THE SPLAISIR and HOTEL SUNROUTE TAIPEI.
JPY 1,000 value certificate presented on your birthday
We will distribute it on the 1st day of the birth month of all members who registered their dates of birth.- * The Coupon is not valid at THE SPLAISIR and HOTEL SUNROUTE TAIPEI.
- * If you have coupons, please use them when booking a new reservation through the official website or official app.

* In order to enjoy the benefits, you will be kindly required to book the room via our official website (PC or mobile) then check in with the QR code in the mobile apps or web browser. If you have signed up as a member during your stay, please scan your membership QR code at the reception before checking out. Then you'll be entitled to a JPY 500 cashback per night.

Point addition
Stays until September 27, 2021 (Mon.)The points will be added for stays until Monday, September 27, 2021. (Points will be automatically added within 24 hours after check-out.)
Use of points
Until October 2, 2023 (Mon.)Points accumulated can be used for two years (until October 2, 2023) from the renewal of the membership program. Same as before, points can be used to pay for your stay when you make a reservation through the official website or receive JPY 5,000 cashback when you stay.
- Use of points at the time of booking can be applied for bookings made until October 2, 2023.
Please note that if you cancel or change the reservation you made using your points for stays after October 3, 2023, your points will not be returned. - The JPY 5,000 cashback can be used for stays until October 2, 2023. Cashback will be given upon check out.
