A buffet menu (30 items in all) using local Niigata seasonal ingredients such as Koshihikari from Uonuma.
At breakfast, guests can enjoy a Japanese/Western buffet breakfast featuring delicious rice from Niigata, a rice-producing region, local seasonal ingredients, and bread baked in the restaurant.
