We started offering "Extended Stay Discount in Typhoons and earthquakes, etc." We provide extended stays at special rates exclusively for guests who are already staying at our hotel when flights and Shinkansen trains are suspended due to disasters including typhoons and earthquakes.

Our guests can stay at special rates if rooms are available, should a disaster strike during their stay and they are unable to go home.

How to Request an Extended Stay

Requests for extended stays must be made by phone or at the front desk during their stay.

About cancellation

Cancellation fees are not required for extended stay reservations made in times of disaster.
