Ashikaga Flower Park (Tochigi Prefecture)

Ashikaga Flower Park is the only Japanese park to be selected as one of the "World's Dream Travel Destinations" by American TV station CNN. "The park is open until February 6, 2020 (closed on December 31).

Address: 607 Sakoma Town, Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture (about 3 minutes walk from the Ashikaga Flower Park Station on the JR Ryomo Line)

Opening hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (regular season, except for Fuji-no-Hana festival period), 10:00 - 17:00 (summer and winter, except for illumination period).
The illumination starts around 16:30.

Ashikaga Flower Park (Tochigi Prefecture)

Tokyo German Village (Chiba, Japan)

If you want to enjoy the romantic collaboration of illuminations and winter fireworks, Tokyo German Village is the place to go. The park is decorated with around 3 million lights, making it look like you've stepped into a fairy tale. Don't miss the Rainbow Tunnel and 3D illuminations. Until April 5, 2020.

At Odaiba's landmark "Palette Town Ferris Wheel", a special light-up will be held during the Christmas season. Colorful illuminations with Christmas motifs such as ribbons, bells, and stars will color the night in Odaiba. The night view of Tokyo seen from the Ferris wheel is also a masterpiece. Until December 25, 2019.
