The building features a variety of unique shops, including Neko Sekai, which sells everything related to cats, and Yuzawaya, a handicraft store that occupies the entire third floor!

There is also a wedding hall on the 6th and 7th floors with a magnificent chapel and a party hall that can accommodate up to 140 people. Weddings in the middle of Ikebukuro are different.
