Guest rooms and accommodations

Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

If only minors are staying, the consent of the parent or guardian is required.
(Individuals aged 15 and below cannot stay without a guardian, even with a consent form. )

Please submit the consent form at check-in. If you do not submit it, we may refuse your stay.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., while check-out is required by 12:00 p.m.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will operate a “Self-Service Locker" on the 1st floor.

●Initial storage is free of charge for up to 24 hours.
●After 24 hours, items will be stored separately at the front desk. Please note that perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately.
●Any items that are not retrieved within 3 months from front desk storage will be disposed.
●Usage is only available for hotel guests. We will firmly refuse any use by individuals other than those who actually stay. (Not available for accommodation personnel)
●We do not take any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of stored items caused by the user’s mistake or failure to follow instructions.

Is early check-in available?

① If you wish to check in before 9 o'clock
Accommodation reservations must be made the day before.
Even if you request a room on the same day and we are able to prepare your room, it will be charged the accommodation fee for the previous day.
②If you wish to check in from 9:00 to 12:00
Basically, we do not accept early check-in during this time.
Please ask at the front desk as it may be possible depending on availability on the day.
In that case, there will be additional charge.
③If you wish to check in from 12:00 to 15:00
We accept additional charge.
However, this may not be possible depending on the availability of rooms on the day.

*We kindly ask for your understanding that ① to ③ are greatly affected by the room conditions.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out may be possible by contacting our Reception and is subject to availability on the date of departure. (Be noticed that extra charges may apply.) A one-night room fee will be charged if you would like to stay later than 3:00 p.m. We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.

How late can reservations be canceled?

The cancellation policy and fees are set as follows.

 One day before your check-in date and the day of your stay: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee
No-show without notification: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee

*In the case of consecutive nights, the cancellation fee will be applied at the rate of the first day of stay.
*Cancellation policy may differ depending on some plans. Please be sure to check the cancellation policy as it is stated in the plan description and reservation confirmation email.

Do you have an early departure fee?

If you let us know before 24hours before your actual check-out date, there is no charge for the early check-out fee, However, if you are not let us know or less than 24hours before your actual check-out date, there is one-night charge will be added for the penalty.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.

How can I get back items left behind at hotel?

If you have left something in your room, please contact us at the email address or phone number below.

*We will not contact customers regarding lost items, except for valuables and items containing personal information. Other items will be disposed of three months after the date of discovery. However, food, drinks, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day, regardless of the item.

Do your rooms have Internet access?

Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access are available in all of our guest rooms.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Guest rooms at the SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL MYEONG-DONG are all non-smoking rooms.

Can I bring in my own food or alcohol?

The guest can take their own food and alcohol, however, we do not accept the delivery service such as chicken, pizza, Etc.

Is extra bed available?

There is no extra bed.

Do you have toothpaste and toothbrush in the room?

 
In accordance with the Ministry of Environment's 'Regulations on the Use of Disposable Products in Lodging Facilities', we are changing the amenities in our rooms to comply with government policy and actively participate in environmental protection.

▶ No longer provide free toothbrushes and toothpaste and sell them at the front desk.
▶ Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel, Face & Hand Soap will continue to be offered as dispenser products.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please join us in taking a step towards protecting the environment.

Do you have a room with a computer?

There is no computer in the guest room, but computer use is available at the business corner, 17F. (free of charge)

Is it possible to cook in the room?

Cooking is not allowed in the room.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have a connecting room. For adjoining room assignment, please request at the time of booking in advance and this will not be guaranteed subject to room availability.

Are countermeasures against bed bugs in place?

Our hotel conducts specialized pest control treatments for bed bugs every month. We have never had a single occurrence of bed bugs at our hotel to date.

Can I receive tax refund services?

What type of electrical outlets are available?

The hotel outlets are only Korean SE type 220V.

Can I borrow a hair curler or hair straightener?

This hotel does not provide hair curlers or hair iron rental services.

Can I connect an HDMI cable to the TV?

HDMI cables can be connected in the room, but please bring your own HDMI cable.

Is there an air freshener in the room?

Air freshener is provided in the room.

Can I charge my devices via USB in the room?

USB charging is possible in the room, but it is slow charging.

Facilities

Do you have a fitness center?

Fitness center is located on the first basement.

Is there a smoking area?

There are no smoking areas inside or around the hotel.

Is there a WOWPASS machine in the hotel?

A WOWPASS machine is installed in the lobby. You can exchange currency and charge cards with this machine. The charged WOWPASS card can be used at all stores that accept card payments. It also has T-money function and can be used on public transportation such as subways, buses, and taxis.

Is there a scale available to weigh luggage?

A scale is available in the lobby.

Is there a toilet in the lobby?

There is a toilet in the lobby.

Use with children

Do children stay free of charge?

Children aged 6 and under can stay free of charge, up to 1 child per room.
However, additional bedding will not be provided.
If you need bath towels or towels for children sharing a bed, please contact the front desk.
Please note that guests aged 7 and over will be charged adult rates.

Is baby cot available?

Baby cots are available free of charge for children under 2 years old, subject to availability.
However, please note that availability will be determined by inventory on the day.

Charges and payment

Is it possible to make a prepayment for reservations on the official website?

Payment on the official website is only available for on-site payment.

I'd like to change my on-site payment reservation to prepayment on the official website.

Only on-site payment is available, so it cannot be changed to pre-payment.

Can I take my dog to your hotel?

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our property has a strict 'No Pet' policy other than registered guide-dogs.
