Notice of Malfunction and Change in Expiration Date of Points Held by Sotetsu Hotels Club

Thank you for your continued patronage of Sotetsu Hotels.
Sotetsu Hotels Club had announced that the points accumulated through the former membership benefit "Point Program" (point accumulation ends on September 27, 2021) would expire on October 2, 2023. However, due to the following problem, the expiration date has been changed.

Details of the problem and correction
We have found that the points held by some Sotetsu Hotels Club members expired at midnight on October 2. (The points originally expired at midnight on October 3.)
The points that expired by 4:00 p.m. on October 2 have been added back to the original point retention.
You can check the status of your points by visiting My Page or using the Sotetsu Hotels Club App.

Change in point expiration date
Due to the above problem, the point expiration date will be extended until October 5. The expiration date is stated as October 2 on the Member My Page and the application, but the points can be used until October 5. (Points will expire on October 6.)
