[Updated] Regarding the Measures Taken Against the new coronavirus （COVID-19） Pandemic by SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB

Thank you for always staying at SOTETSU HOTELS. This is to inform that special measures are taken as follows for SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB points and membership statuses to offer assurance to all SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB members, if only a little, while travelling continues to be difficult due to the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. (The information on the membership status overlaps with the notice dated June 30th, 2020.

[Regarding the Expiration Date of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Points]
A special, temporary measure is taken to remove the expiration date to prevent points from expiring for the time being.
* Points normally expire two years after the last check-out date

The new expiration date is scheduled to be set anew according to circumstances in the future. The expiration date of the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB points will be two years from the starting day of the normal operation. (Tentative Schedule) Example: If normal operation begins on January 1st, 2021, the points expire on December 31st, 2022

[Regarding the Expiration Date of the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Membership Status]
A special, temporary measure is taken to prevent the downgrade and maintain the current membership statuses.
* Statuses normally downgrade if the hotel is not used for a year after the last check-out date (Gold and Premium Members only)
* This measure is also applied to customers whose memberships have already expired to maintain their statuses.

The new expiration date is scheduled to be set anew according to circumstances in the future. The expiration date of the membership statuses will be one year from the starting day of the normal operation. (Tentative Schedule)
Example: If normal operation begins on January 1st, 2021, the membership statuses expire on December 31st, 2021
