SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Membership benefits, to make the "The gratitude coupon" more beneficial for your use, the benefits and name will be improved and changed as detailed below.

■Benefit Name
“Stamp Coupon”

■Start Date
On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, after noon
*We will implement a changeover of the benefit program after noon on the start date. Due to the time required for the distribution of coupons, changes to the "My Page" interface, and other program updates, we will notify you of the official launch through our official website, app notifications, and email newsletters.

■Benefit Details
We have introduced a new stamp card, and for every 10 stamps (10 nights of stay) collected, we will provide a JPY 2,000 coupon. You can use the coupon when making new reservations through our official website or app.

We set a yearly period from January 1st to December 31st and provided a JPY 2,000 coupon to members who stayed for 10 nights or more during that period. [The gratitude coupon]

We have removed the yearly period and will now provide a JPY 2,000 coupon for every 10 nights of stay. [Stamp coupon]

■Other
1.Regarding the counts for the " The gratitude coupon" from January 1, 2023, we will retrospectively apply them to the new "Stamp Coupon." If you have already stayed for 10 nights or more between January 1, 2023, and the start of the "Stamp Coupon" program, the coupons will be distributed when the Stamp Coupon program begins, so please make sure to use them.

Example: If you have been counted for 25 stays after January 1, 2023.
We will distribute two JPY 2,000 coupons. The Stamp Card will start with 5 stamps already applied.
*Please note that you can use only one coupon per reservation.

2.Details regarding the benefits and Stamp Coupons can be confirmed through your member's My Page after November 7. Please wait a little longer until the benefits start on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
