[Updated September 15th]Messages Sent from Our Hotel That Direct the Recipient to a Suspicious Website
We have confirmed that an unidentified person sent messages that direct the recipient to a suspicious website to some of our guests who made reservations at select Sotetsu Hotels through Booking.com. We believe this incident is due to unauthorized access to the management site of Booking.com that we control. We are currently investigating the cause.

・SOTETSU GRAND FRESA TAKADANOBABA (Confirmed on the evening of July 30, 2023) *
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome (Confirmed on the evening of August 1, 2023) *
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yodoyabashi (Confirmed on the evening of August 3, 2023) *
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Sakuradoriguchi (Confirmed on the late at night of August 4, 2023) *
・HOTEL SUNROUTE "Stellar" UENO (Confirmed on the evening of August 12, 2023)
Please note that neither our hotels nor Booking.com will ever send messages that direct our guests to a suspicious website. If you receive such message, we ask that you do not access the website link provided in the message.
In response to this situation, we have changed our password for logging into the management system of Booking.com and we are temporarily refraining from accepting new reservations via Booking.com.
Working together with Booking.com, we are currently trying to identify the cause. We will update you once the details become clear.
