Changes to the Hotel Reservation System *Some hotels only

Effective March 15th, 2023 (Wednesday), we have changed our accommodation reservation system to further improve customer convenience.
*Some hotels only
*Sotetsu Fresa Inn Seoul Myeongdong has been implemented on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Please check here for details.
*Sotetsu Hotels The splaisir Seoul Myeong-dong and Sotetsu Hotels The splaisir Seoul Dongdaemun has been implemented on Thursday, January 18, 2024.

[To Guests With Reservations at the Hotel]
Reservations made before March 15th, 2023 using the former reservation system will remain valid, meaning guests may stay as per their reservation information. There are some precautions for those who wish to confirm, change, or cancel a reservation, so please read to the end of this notice.

■ Confirming, Changing, or Canceling a Reservation Made on or After March 15th, 2023
A button will be placed on each hotel web page.

You may confirm, change, or cancel reservations from the individual hotel page.
If you are unable to find your reservation, inquire directly with the hotel where you made your reservation.

When confirming, changing, or canceling reservations made on or after September 1st, 2023, inquire directly with the hotel where you made your reservation.

[Reservations Made on or After March 15th, 2023 With 'T' in the Reservation Number]

You may confirm, change, or cancel reservations from the individual hotel page. You may
 also confirm your reservation by logging in to My Page on the Sotetsu Hotels Club site and clicking "Confirmation of reservation".
