Thank you for your continued patronage of Sotetsu Hotels.
Due to a flaw in the system settings of the "Sotetsu Hotels Club" membership program, it has been discovered that some customers have been experiencing problems with their stay history on the "My Page" and with the counting of coupons distributed for stays of 10 nights or more during the year. Please refer to the following page for more information on this issue.
We would like to inform you that we have resolved the problem and restored the data of the customers who were affected by the problem on September 20, 2022.

Details of the problem
Usage history: The stay history is not reflected in the member's "My Page".
Night counts for patronage appreciation coupons: Night counts for the period in question are not being reflected.
The coupon will be distributed in January of the following year (January 2023) to those who have stayed at the hotel for 10 nights or more during the year.

Details of restoration
Usage history: Usage history that could not be displayed due to a malfunction has been restored.
Counting of the number of nights for the coupons: Counting of the number of nights that were not counted due to a malfunction has been implemented. (The count date will be displayed as of September 20, 2022.)

Members can check their usage history and night counts from the My Page below.
