Update：SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB's Policy on the Impact of the Novel Coronavirus Infection

We thank you very much for your continued patronage of SOTETSU HOTELS.

Earlier, we announced that we would not set the time limits for the expiry dates of the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB points and stage-based membership as a temporary measure due to the impact of the novel coronavirus infection.
However, along with the recently announced renewal of the membership program (starting on September 28, 2021), we have decided to terminate the point program and stage-based membership system.
We would greatly appreciate the understanding of our members.

Expiry Date: Monday, October 2, 2023
How to Use Points:
① To be applied to the accommodation fee when reserving your room on the official website※1
② Cashback of 5,000 yen for your stay※2

※1. When using points for reservations, you can use them for reservations made until October 2, 2023. Please note that points will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation, for which you have used points, on or after October 3, 2023.
※2. You can receive 5,000-yen cashback for stays made until October 2, 2023. Cashback will be given upon check-out.

The new membership program will offer new benefits, such as 500-yen cashback (per room, per night x number of nights), to make it more convenient for more members to enjoy the benefits.
Please wait for a while until the renewed membership program starts.

※500-yen cashback will be given for stays whose reservations are made through the official website or by phone.
※Cashback at THE POCKET HOTEL will be 200 yen per room, per night.
※Hotels outside Japan will not be eligible.
※Some plans are not applicable.
