Check the map and search for a hotel easily!
How to useSearch from your current location
Tap "Find a hotel" → "Search from current location" on the app home screen to display hotels close to your current location.
How to useSearch by region/major city
You can also display the results by region by selecting the region or major city you want to search and tapping the map icon in the upper right.
Register your favorite hotels
and make reservations easily
Register your favorite hotel and book your "usual hotel" right from the app home screen easily!
Search for hotel
Select the hotel you want to add to your favorites from the search results and then go to the "Hotel information" page.
Tap the "Favorites" button at the bottom of the page.

From the next time you use the app, you will be able to proceed to making reservations from the home page of the app.
Quick check-in with membership QR code
Simply hold up the QR code on your member page when checking in!
Check-in will be quick and easy.
Log in and make a reservation on the
Sotetsu Hotels Club app
After logging in, you can search for hotels or make reservations from the hotels you have registered as your favorite hotels.
Hold up your QR code during check-in
Prepare your membership QR code that is displayed on the home screen of the app.
Perform the check-in procedure on the self-service check-in machine in the hotel lobby.
After selecting "Check-in", select "Check via QR code" as check-in method, and hold up your membership QR code.

Check-in complete
Follow the instructions on the self-service check-in machine, and the computation and room key will be provided to you.
Check-in is complete upon receipt of your room key!
Notes
- ・You may not be able to check in using your membership QR code at some hotels or depending on your reservation details.
Smartphone as room key
Unlock your room key with the push of a button on your smartphone!
It can also be used on the security panels in the elevators and when entering the hotel (late at night),
so you no longer need to carry a card key.
*The "smartphone as room key" service is available at some hotels. We will gradually expand its application to our other hotels.

Check-in procedure
Register as a member on the app and perform the check-in procedure on the self-service check-in machine.
Follow the instructions on the machine and when the key selection screen is displayed, select "SMARTPHONE KEY".

Display the key on your smartphone
Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Open the Sotetsu Hotels Club app and then press "SMARTPHONE KEY" on the home screen.
Hold it up over the sensor
Communication to unlock the door will be initiated, so hold up your smartphone over the lock sensor as shown in the picture.
If the green light on the lock sensor turns on, the door has been unlocked successfully.
Notes
- ・Only one device can be used per room. If multiple people are staying, all guests except the representative of the group will be required to use card keys.
- ・If only one person will be staying in one room, either a card key or a smartphone key will be provided.
- ・If you are using an iPhone, holding up your phone over the lock sensor may open Apple Pay®, depending on your phone's settings.
Even in this case, communication to unlock the door will still be active, so the door will unlock if you continue to hold up your phone over the lock sensor. - ・For some devices, you may need to turn on the smartphone's location service and allow location information to be sent to the Sotetsu Hotels Club app.
