  The front desk and lobby are on the second floor. We promise you comfortable stay with smiles of front office staff and their meticulous care.

  Self check-in / check-out

  You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

  Self-service lockers

  Before check-in and after check-out, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers by yourself. There is no charge for using this service.
  *Only for guests who are staying at the hotel.

  Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo"

   By installing the "Ryosui Kobo" water purification system in the entire hotel, all the water in the hotel turns into gentle SOU-BI-SUI water, including water in the sink, shower and toilet.

  All rooms are equipped with contactless IC card keys.
  As of April 2024, the elevator will be equipped with a key-touch system that allows guests to go up to their guest room floors by touching their card keys.

  An ice machine is located on the 3rd floor for the convenience of our guests. Feel free to use it when you would like a nicely chilled drink.

  Laundry corner

  We have installed three washing machines and four dryers. Detergent is dispensed automatically. This service is for guests only.
  You can check the status of the laundry machines on the TV in the guest rooms.

  Microwave Oven

  Microwave oven only for the guests staying at our hotel is available on the 3rd floor. Please use it to heat up your foods at anytime.

  AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Grand Fresa we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.

  All rooms are equipped with an air purifier.
