Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

6:00 am to 11:00 am on the day of your stay = 50% of the room rate
After 11:00 am, it will be 250THB per prescribed hour
■Late check-out
Up to 6:00 pm on the day of check-out: 50% of the room rate
After 6:00 pm: Room rate for another night
(Plus 7% value-added tax and service charge for all fees)
We may not be able to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out depending on the situation on the day of your stay, so please contact us first.

The elevator is set up so that when riding, you need to bring your card key to the sensor and then press the button for your room floor.

Children under 3 years old sleep free of charge.

Children 12 years old and above will be charged the same rate as adults.
*17 years old and younger cannot stay at the hotel alone. In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, an adult (18 years old or older) is required to stay in the same room with the guest.

What is the cancellation policy?
・2 days before: Free of charge
・Cancellation the day before: 1 night's room charge
・Cancellation on the day: 1 night's room charge
・No-show without notice: 100% of the room charge
The above cancellation fees will be calculated based on the total fee to be paid.
Please note that cancellation fees may differ for other offfers or groups.

Is there a curfew?
Hotel guests can unlock the entryway using their card keys, however, We ask guests who haven't yet checked in to contact the front desk over the intercom.
Further, we ask that you contact us if your actual arrival time will be much later than the one you entered on your reservation.
Can I send items by courier from the hotel?
Can you put my name on the waiting list in case there is a cancellation?
