Accommodation / rooms

Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

Minors are able to stay without adults, but they need to get a permission from their parents. We request to write a consent form to their parents, and minor guests need to print out/submit the form to us when they check in. If they refused to write/submit a consent form, we cannot allow minor guests to stay at our hotel. Please download the consent form below;

Are barrier-free measures implemented?

Our hotel has a guest room for persons with disabilities - the welfare guest room (universal).
It is a room that is designed to have a large guest room and bathroom to ensure that wheelchair users can stay comfortably.

Can I bring in drinks and food?

There are no restrictions on bringing in drinks or food.
We do not allow the use of outside vendors such as delivery service.
(For pizzas, you can have pizza delivered by our affiliate, Salvatore. For more information, please read the guide in the desk in the guest rooms.) 

Is Internet available in the guest rooms?

If you bring your computer or Internet-ready device, you can connect it with a LAN cable or Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi access point. The password is listed on the information POP in the guest room, so please refer to that.

Can I extend my stay?

You can stay in our hotel from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 the next morning.
*From 10/1, the time when you can stay in our hotel will be changed to 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next morning.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk by 10:00 a.m.
Please feel free to let us know if you would like to extend your stay, as we also accept request for extension when you check in or make a reservation.
You can extend until 2:00 p.m.

*Please be advised that we may be unable to allow you to extend your stay after 2:00 p.m. if our rooms are fully booked.

Is the reception desk open 24 hours a day? Is it okay if I arrive late at night?

You can check in from 3:00 p.m..
If you will be checking in after 12:00 a.m. or arriving much later than your scheduled time of arrival, please contact the hotel.
If we do not hear from you about your arrival time, we may consider your reservation cancelled.

Can I call an outside line from the room phone?

You can use the phone for calling the hotel's extension numbers from the guest room, but you cannot use it to make outside calls.
There is a pay phone at the lobby on the 1st floor, so please use it.

If you wish to make an international call, please contact the front desk.

Do you lend computers?

We do not have computers to lend.

Is nothing happening even when you press the "Search Booking" button on your smartphone?

If Safari's Content Blocker is enabled on iOS devices such as iPhone and iPad, some content may not be displayed properly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again after temporarily disabling the content blocker settings on your device.
As of June 2021, the inability to display content has been confirmed with TREND MICRO's "Virus Buster Mobile." However, even if you use other ad blocking apps, you can resolve the issue through the same procedure.


1. Tap "Settings" on your device.
2. Scroll down the screen, then tap "Safari".
3. Tap "Content Blockers".
4. Turn off the app that is displayed on the "Content Blockers Allowed".

Cleaning of guest rooms for consecutive nights

Do you clean guest rooms everyday?

If you wish for the rooms to be cleaned by our staff, please post the blue-colored card on the door outside by noon. If the card is not posted, please note beforehand that our staff will not enter the room.

If you only wish for new towels, please post the orange-colored card on the door outside by noon.
The towels will be provided in front of the door.

*Due to sanitation concerns, our staff will enter the room for cleaning after every 3 nights of stay, regardless of whether or not the guests have requested for such service. The staff will also enter the rooms for the purpose of room maintenance, legal inspections and for emergencies, even on days where cleaning has not been scheduled. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Facilities

Is there a pay phone?

There is one at the lobby.
If you wish to make an international call, please ask the front desk staff.

Do you have a conference room?

We are terribly sorry, but we do not have a conference room in our hotel.

Do you have a safe deposit box?

We have a safe deposit box at the front desk.
We will give you a bag for your valuables, so please write your name and other details in the designated places.
*There are no safe deposit boxes in the guest rooms. 

Do you have any space to smoke?

Unfortunately, there is no smoking area in this hotel.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask you to refrain from smoking inside the hotel, except in the smoking rooms.

Are thereCoin-operated laundries in the building?

Two coin-operated laundry machines (separate type) are installed on the 8th floor of the hotel's main building.

Washer: ¥300/load (40 minutes)
Dryer: ¥100/30 min.

A drum-type washer/dryer is installed on the 1st floor of the hotel annex.

Washing only: 6kg - 35 minutes: ¥300
Drying only: 3kg - 30 minutes: ¥100
Washing + Drying: 1kg - 80 minutes: ¥400
         3kg - 120 minutes: ¥500

Do you have a cigarette vending machine?

We are terribly sorry, but there are no cigarette vending machines in our hotel.
There is a drugstore in front of the hotel, so you can purchase cigarettes from there.
There are also nearby convenience stores, and some of them sell cigarettes.
Please contact the hotel staff for details.

Is there an ice machine?

There is an ice machine that you can use for free inside the vending machine corner on the 8th floor of the main building and 1st floor of the annex. Our hotel has installed a water purification system throughout the building, so the ice in the machine is made from the delicious water called SOU-BI-SUI. Please use the ice machine. There are cups for ice beside the ice machine.

Access / Parking

Please tell me how to get to the hotel from the nearest station.

The nearest station to our hotel is JR Tamachi Station.
① The ticket gate at JR Tamachi Station is on the 2nd floor, so please go out to the East Exit (toward Shibaura) and go down to the 1st floor (ground level).
② Go straight at the first traffic lights (East Exit of Tamachi Station) from the exit. (This is the intersection with the Excelsior Caffe in the corner.)
③ Cross the bridge (Shinshiba Bridge) over a small canal, and you will see Sawayaka Shinkin Bank on the right in front of you and Lawson at the rear right. Turn the corner to the right (street name: Momoyo Street). (It's a narrow one-way road.)
④ Go straight for about 50 meters and you will find Natural Lawson to your left. Our hotel is right ahead.
There is a drugstore in front of the hotel.

Please tell me about access to Tokyo Skytree.

The nearest station to our hotel is Mita Station on the  Toei Subway.
There is an entrance to Mita Station at the West Exit of JR Tamachi Station, so please follow the information board to go down to the basement.
Mita Station is service by two lines, Toei Asakusa Line and Toei Mita Line, so please ride on the Toei Asakusa Line (to Oshiage).
Get off at Oshiage Station. (Travel time is about 20 minutes)
Oshiage Station has only one ticket gate, so if you get out of the ticket gate, you will see the entrance to Tokyo Skytree on the right side.
If you want a map, route map, etc., please contact the front desk staff.

Please tell me about access from Tokyo Station.

We recommend coming by train from Tokyo Station.
Take the Yamanote Line and Keihin Tohoku Line (bound for Shinagawa) from JR Tokyo Station, and the fourth station from there will be JR Tamachi Station. (About 8 minutes)

Is there a parking area?

This hotel does not have a dedicated parking area. Please use a paid parking service nearby.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a Natural Lawson next to the hotel, on the right side (30-second walk).
There is also a 7-Eleven that is a 1-minute walk from our hotel, on the left side.
Please ask the front desk staff for details.

Food/restaurant

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, we do. Please refer the breakfast page for details.

Staying with children

Are there any charges for children or accommodation charges for children sleeping in the same bed?

Children who have not yet entered elementary school (until graduating from kindergarten/preschool) can stay for free. The adult charge applies to children of elementary school age or older. For example, for one adult and one child of elementary school age or older staying together, please reserve according to the price for two adults.

Charges and payment

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee will be charged starting the day before your scheduled stay.

For a scheduled stay of multiple nights, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged out of the lodging fee (with tax included) for the first night.
Previous day cancellation: Cancellation fee equal to 20% of the lodging fee including tax
Same day cancellation: Cancellation fee equal to 80% of the lodging fee including tax
No-show without notification: Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the lodging fee including tax
If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 days

I'd like to pay by bank transfer.

You may pay by bank transfer no later than 3 business days prior to your check-in date.
In addition, please contact the hotel in case of bank transfer.
*If you pay for your accommodation charges or cancellation fee by bank transfer, the transfer fee shall be borne by the guest. We ask for your understanding in advance.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can use VISA/Mastercard/JCB/UC/American Express/DC/UnionPay.
We are terribly sorry, but we do not accept debit cards. Thank you for your understanding. 

When should I pay the accommodation fee?

Payment is expected at the reception desk upon check-in. We kindly ask that you contact the hotel if someone other than the overnight guests will be paying, as we require payment before check-in for such cases.

We accept cashless payments only. We do not accept cash payment. You may use credit cards and QR code payment at the front desk of the hotel. Please take notice of this.

What if I don't have a credit card?

In addition to credit cards, we accept the following QR code payments. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare QR code payments for your stay with us.

Can I request that separate receipts be issued?

To comply with the invoice system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue separate receipts for a split accommodation fee for a single room per night or for only a part of the accommodation fee. 

Others

Can I stay with my pet(s)?

We're very sorry we cannot allow guests to stay together with their pets. We ask for your understanding.

Can I leave my bags at the hotel before checking in or after checking out?

Yes, you can leave your bags at the front desk before checking in and after checking out. Feel free to ask. However, this is only available on the same day of checking in or out, and we cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing. For more information, please contact each hotel.

Can I send my bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, etc.?

Yes, please send these items to the hotel and write the name of the staying guest and check-in date. We will hold items for one week before check-in. We cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing. For more information, please contact each hotel. Also, please note that we will not pay cash on delivery, so make sure to pay when sending the items. For more information, please contact each hotel.

Can I send items by courier from the hotel?

We offer Yamato Transport service. (Prepayment/Payment on delivery)
We collect packages twice a day: 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m..
We sell cardboard boxes at the front desk. Please contact the front desk if you need a box.

Can you make a reservation for restaurants for me?

We are afraid, but we do not make a reservation for restaurants or tickets of amusement parks on behalf of the guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I exchange foreign currencies?

We are terribly sorry, but we do not exchange money.
Please go to the front desk so they can guide you to places where you can exchange money in the neighborhood.
