*The tickets will be provided at the hotel front desk upon check-in and are not assigned seats.
*On the day of the performance, you can exchange the tickets for seat tickets at the box office. (Seat assignment is not possible, and the exact seat number can be confirmed upon ticket receipt)
*You can exchange the tickets for seat tickets at the box office exchange counter starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance.
*Please arrive on time as entry may be difficult after the performance starts.
*If you lose, do not possess, or do not submit the tickets, reissuance and viewing of the performance will not be possible, and changes, refunds, paid transfers, and sales are all not allowed.
*Viewers aged 14 and above are allowed (For the 2024 performance: those born in 2011 or earlier / For the 2025 performance: those born in 2012 or earlier)
*Due to heavy traffic and limited parking space, we strongly recommend using public transportation. (Changes are not possible due to parking and traffic issues)
