[Important] Problems during member registration on Apple's OS "iOS16"

We have received a report of a problem with the "iOS16" OS provided by Apple Inc. on iPhones and Macs, which causes the screen to freeze when registering as a member using the app or safari browser.

This is due to "iOS16". We have confirmed that the problem is caused by "iOS16" and that the same phenomenon is also occurring in other member services.

The following problems may occur if your registration does not proceed. If you are having trouble registering, please try the following workaround.

・Affected customers
Customers using an iPhone or Mac with the OS “iOS16” provided by Apple.

・Content of the problem
The "Safari" browser becomes inoperable or the screen disappears when the "Auto Password Fill“" option is selected at the time of member registration.

・Please try the following workaround if you are unable to register.
(1) Open the "Settings" application on the iPhone
(2)Tap "Password"
(3)Tap "Password Options". 
(4) Turn off "Auto Password Fill"

We have confirmed that no error occurs by following the steps (1) to (4). Please register your membership at this time.
(5)After completing the member registration, please turn on the setting of (4).
