  The front desk and lobby are on the 2nd floor. Our staff at the front desk await our guests with a smile and offers attentive service to ensure a pleasant stay.

  We accept cashless payments only.
  Please use a credit card or QR code payment system for payments of room charges. (We do not accept cash payments.)

  Self-Check In Machines

  You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

  Restaurant Rinsen "Koku"

  We offer a mixed Japanese and Western buffet at Restaurant Rinsen "Koku". We will be waiting for you with homemade dishes that have been lovingly prepared, one dish at a time. Enjoy breakfast made with ingredients from Shinshu Ueda.

  Sotetsu Fresa Inn is providing Internet environment by WiFi in all guest rooms, lobby, breakfast lounge, so you can use comfortable Free Internet connection in the hotel.

  Contactless IC key card

  All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card. A key card is also required to enter the hotel (from 1am to 5am) and to use the elevator.
  Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that women and families can enjoy a safe stay.

  Smartphone Room Key

  You can unlock your room with your smartphone. In addition, you can use your smartphone instead of a room key when you enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and operate the elevator.
  You don't have to carry your room key anymore when you go out. 
  ※You can also use the contactless IC card key.

  Coin-operated laundry

  For longer stays or sudden arrivals, a coin-operated laundry with drying facilities is available for your peace of mind.
  Two washer/dryers are available. These are for the exclusive use of guests.
