Notice: Hair Iron Rental Service Now Available
Thank you for choosing SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL MYEONG-DONG.
Hair straighteners and curling irons(36mm) have been added to our items available on loan in guest rooms.
Hair irons pose risks of burns and fire due to high temperatures. Please be sure to read the guidelines and instruction manual below before use.
* Please note that availability may be limited depending on stock.
1. Guidelines for Using Hair Iron (Curling Iron)
For your safety and to protect the guest room, please read the following guidelines carefully before using the hair iron.
▪ Please use the hair iron in heat-resistant areas around the washbasin. Please refrain from using it on beds or carpets.
▪ Please avoid prolonged continuous use.
▪ Please do not leave the area while the device is in use.
▪ Do not cover the operating hair iron with a towel or cloth.
▪ After use, turn off the power, allow it to cool sufficiently, then store it in the heat-resistant pouch.
▪ Please return the hair iron to the front desk after use.
If the device is still hot immediately after use, you may leave it in the room, but please be sure to contact the front desk.

※If the use of the hair iron causes damage to room facilities (bedding, furniture, etc.), repair and cleaning costs may be charged.
※For inquiries regarding use, please contact the front desk.
2. Instruction Manual
▪ Do not touch the heating plate/barrel/clip directly with your hands during use as the temperature is extremely high.
▪ Do not use on pet fur other than human hair or for any other purposes.
▪ Always dry your hair completely before use. Never use on wet hair.
Excess moisture may damage hair or cause scalp burns due to steam generation.
▪ The heating plate retains residual heat immediately after use, so store it only after it has completely cooled down.
Never touch the heating plate. Also, do not place objects nearby that may discolor or deform due to heat.
▪ Store out of reach of children.
▪ Do not use near water in bathtubs, washbasins, or other containers. Do not handle with wet hands.
▪ Do not forcibly pull, bend, or twist the power cord. This may cause wire breakage and malfunction.
▪ The heating plate surface is made of soft material, so contact with hard objects such as metal may cause scratches and product defects.
Please be careful.
▪ If water (such as perm solution) enters the interior, there is a risk of fire or electric shock due to short circuits. Please be careful.
