Information on self-locker installation

Self lockers have been installed on the 2nd floor of SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL DONGDAEMUN.
Please refer to the usage instructions below.

1.Available for up to 24 hours.

2.After 24 hours, if there is luggage in the locker, it will be stored at the front desk. Storage cost is 10,000 won per 24 hours. However, perishable items such as food will be discarded immediately. If it is not picked up within 3 months after being stored at the front desk,   it will be discarded.

3.Usage is only available for hotel guests. We will firmly refuse any use by individuals other than those who actually stay. (Not available for accommodation personnel)

4.We do not take any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of stored items caused by the user’s mistake or failure to follow instructions.
