Important】Cleaning of guest rooms for consecutive nights
Thank you for your continued patronage of the Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo Bay Ariake.
As part of our commitment to the SDGs, effective July 1, 2022, the hotel will change the room cleaning policy for consecutive nights as follows.
Cleaning during your stay will be available upon request.
All guests who wish to have their rooms cleaned or towels changed must request it by writing "MAKE UP THE ROOM Please clean the room"
or "Change towels only, no entry making up" must be placed on the outside of the room door by 12:00 noon.
* For hygiene reasons, we will enter your room for cleaning once every 4 nights.
In addition to cleaning days, we may enter your room for room maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
