We offer a well-balanced Japanese-Western buffet that includes Shonan's specialty Kamaage Shirasu (pot-boiled whitebait).
At Sotetsu Fresa Inn Fujisawa-Shonandai, a Japanese/Western buffet breakfast is available in the 2nd floor lounge for 1,100 yen (tax included).
Our hotel recommends the Shonan specialty of kama-age shirasu and the highly popular beef curry. It has received rave reviews from our customers. We have such a large and varied daily menu that customers can enjoy entirely new dishes over several nights.
Please note that kama-age shirasu (pot-boiled whitebait) may not be available depending on season (January to March) and other factors.
