Convenient -- just off Route 467 on the national highway.
At the Kameino intersection on Route 467 on the national highway (the Fujisawa Kaido), turn left, heading north towards Machida, and pass the Odakyu Line rails.
Next, turn right at the first intersection (Shonandai 2-chome) and head straight; you will see the hotel on the right-hand side.
