  You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

  Complimentary breakfast is served in Pronto on the 1st floor of the hotel.  Please do take the chance to relax during breaks in your business or sightseeing trip. All seats are non-smoking.

  Luggage Lockers

  These can be used for free before check-in on the day of arrival and after check-out (up to 10PM on the day of departure). These can be opened and closed using a QR code printed at the front desk. *Use is limited to hotel guests only.

  Sotetsu Fresa Inn is providing Internet environment by WiFi in all guest rooms, lobby, breakfast lounge, so you can use comfortable Free Internet connection in the hotel.

  Contactless IC Key Card

  All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card. A key card is also required to enter the hotel (from 1am to 5am) and to use the elevator.
  Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.

  Smartphone as room key

  You can unlock your room with your smartphone. In addition, you can use your smartphone instead of a room key when you enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and operate the elevator.
  You don't have to carry your room key anymore when you go out.

  A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly. All our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
