  All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card.
  Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.

  Smartphone Room Key

  You can use the smartphone to open your room. Moreover, you can use it instead of a room key when you enter the hotel at midnight (1:00-5:00) and use the elevator. So there's no need to carry a room key when you go out.

  Here you will find vending machines offering soft drinks, alcohol and snacks. Enjoy a beverage before relaxing in your room.

  An ice machine is located on the 7,9,11th floor for the convenience of our guests. Feel free to use it when you would like a nicely chilled drink.

  A coin-operated washer/dryer is available; please use it to make your stay more comfortable, whether it is long or brief.
  The operation status of the coin laundry can be checked on the TV in your room.

  AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly. All our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
