  The front desk and lobby are on the 1st floor. We promise you comfortable stay with smiles of front office staff and their meticulous care.

  Self-Check In/Check Out Machines

  You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

  Sotetsu Fresa Inn is providing Internet environment by WiFi in all guest rooms, lobby, breakfast lounge, so you can use comfortable Free Internet connection in the hotel.

  Contactless IC Key Card

  All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card.
  Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.

  Smartphone as room key

  You can unlock your room with your smartphone. In addition, you can use your smartphone instead of a room key when you enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and operate the elevator.
  You don't have to carry your room key anymore when you go out.

  Vending Machine Corner

  Vending machines for soft drinks and alcohol are available.
  Please use the vending machine for a drink before you go to bed in your guest room.

  Ice Machine

  An ice machine is located on the 4th floor - 12th floor for the convenience of our guests. Feel free to use it when you would like a nicely chilled drink.

  For longer stays or emergency stays, we have a coin-operated laundry with a drying function for your convenience. Two washer/dryers are available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. These are for the exclusive use of our guests.
  You can check the operation status of the laundromat on the TV in your room.
  *Cash, credit cards and other cashless payment methods are accepted at the laundromat.
  
  *Credit cards and other cashless payment methods can be used by installing the dedicated application from the QR code on the laundromat machine.

  AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
