  The front desk and lobby are on the 1st floor. We promise you comfortable stay with smiles of front office staff and their meticulous care.

  Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.

  Smartphone as room key

  You can unlock your room with your smartphone. In addition, you can use your smartphone instead of a room key when you enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and operate the elevator.
  You don't have to carry your room key anymore when you go out.

  A coin-operated washer/dryer is available; please use it to make your stay more comfortable, whether it is long or brief.

  *For credit card and cashless payment, you can use Visa, Master, AMEX, PayPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay by installing a dedicated application from the QR code on the laundromat machine.

  AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
