About Extended Stay Discount in Times of Disaster

We started offering "extended stay discount in times of disaster." We provide extended stays at special rates exclusively for guests who are already staying at our hotel when flights and Shinkansen trains are suspended due to disasters including typhoons and earthquakes.

Our guests can stay at special rates if rooms are available, should a disaster strike during their stay and they are unable to go home.

Guests staying at our hotel
* When guests extend their stay by one night or two nights due to the suspension of flights and Shinkansen trains caused by disasters

How to Request an Extended Stay

Requests for extended stays must be made by phone or at the front desk during their stay.

Room Rate

The room rate(s) offered over the phone for requested date(s) at the time of request will be discounted by 50%
* The discount does not apply to breakfast
* SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Members get cashback rewards for extended stays

About cancellation

Cancellation fees are not required for extended stay reservations made in times of disaster.
