[Important] Information on e-mail addresses that cannot log in to the reservation system

Thank you very much for your continued support of SOTETSU HOTELS.

We are sorry to inform you that some customers using a certain e-mail address are unable to login to the reservation system. We would like to inform you of the problem as follows.

[email address concerned]
If you have registered as a member using the following e-mail address, you will not be able to log in to the reservation system.

•If your e-mail address has a dot at the beginning or just before the @ (at mark), you will not be able to log in to the reservation system.
Example 1  abcde.@sotetsu-hotels.com
Example 2  .abcde@sotetsu-hotels.com

•Dots are consecutive in the part before @ (at mark)
Example 1  ab..cde@sotetsu-hotels.com
Example 2  abcde..@sotetsu-hotels.com

•When it contains one-byte alphanumeric characters and some symbols
 *Except for the following symbols (. ! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ { | } ~ )
Example 1  abcd[e@sotetsu-hotels.com
Example 2  a@bcde@sotetsu-hotels.com

[Details of the problem]
When making a reservation, you will not be logged in and will not be able to proceed to make a reservation as a member. (Excluding some hotels)

[How to avoid the problem]
If you have registered as a member using the email address shown in the example above, please change it to another email address.

You can change your e-mail address by logging in to My Page from the following URL, and then go to "Change Customer Information".
