Notice of Renovation Work

Thank you for visiting Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama-Totsuka.
In order to provide a more comfortable stay for our guests, we will be renovating our guest rooms as follows. Please note that noise may be generated during the construction work.
We will take the utmost care not to cause any inconvenience to our guests, and we appreciate your understanding.

Construction period
March 1, 2024 (Friday) - September 30, 2024 (Monday) (scheduled)

Construction floors
3rd floor (including breakfast lounge), 4th floor, 5th floor
Guest rooms on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th floors, and common areas such as corridors

Impact of construction work
Noise may be generated during construction hours.
Also, there will be work outside of guestroom windows.
Therefore, please be aware of the following
(1) Please keep the curtains closed during the hours of 9:00 to 18:00.
(2) Please refrain from opening or closing the windows to avoid the possibility of contact with the workers.
