Room cleaning for consecutive nights information

Thank you for your continued patronage of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ueno-okachimachi.
As part of our commitment to the SDGs, effective July 1, 2022, we will make the following changes to our guest room cleaning policy for consecutive nights.

The cleaning during your stay will be available to guests who request it.

If you would like to clean or change towels, please attach the corresponding magnet card "make up the room" or "change towels only, no entry making up" to the outside of the room door by noon.

For hygienic reasons, we will clean your room every 4th days.

In addition to cleaning days, we may enter your room for room maintenance, legal inspections, and in case of emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
