Notice on SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Points Expiration Date

Thank you for your continued patronage of SOTETSU HOTELS.

We would like to inform you of the expiration date of points earned through the "Point Program", a former membership benefit of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB (point accumulation ends on September 27, 2021), which will expire on October 2, 2023.

Please note that after October 3, 2023, your points will no longer be able to be used.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Expiration date: October 2, 2023 (Mon.)
How to use:
(1) You can use 100 points = 100 yen when you make a reservation on the official website *1
(2) You can use 5,000 points = 5,000 yen cash back when you stay at the hotel. *2 

Please note that point redemption and cash back are not available at some hotels.

*1 Points can be used on the official website to pay for your stay.
Points can be used until the reservation made on October 2, 2023.
If you change or cancel a reservation of on or after October 3, 2023 on or after October 3, 2023, points will not be returned.

*2 If you have 5,000 or more points, you will receive 5,000 yen in cash upon check-out of your stay (maximum cashback per stay is 10,000 yen). You can also receive the current membership benefit of 500 yen cash back at the same time. The 5,000 yen cashback can be received until October 2, 2023. If you do not stay overnight, you will not be able to receive the cash back. Please understand this beforehand.
