As we have previously informed you, we have confirmed that some of our guests who made reservations through Booking.com at certain Sotetsu Hotels have received suspicious emails from an unknown source.

Neither Sotetsu Hotels nor Booking.com will ever request credit card information from our guests through email or chat on the booking site. We also do not demand payment before your stay. If you receive such messages, there is a high risk of virus infection or being directed to a suspicious site. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering your credit card information, accessing any URLs provided, or opening any attached files.
