「チェックイン」を押してください。

画面の表示に従い、QRコードをご提示ください。

名前から照会する場合　　：宿泊代表者様の氏名をカタカナで入力してください。（オススメ！）
予約番号から照会する場合：予約されたサイトから予約番号を調べていただき、入力してください
照会ができない場合は、恐れ入りますがフロントまでお知らせくださいませ。

Searching by name: Please enter the lead guest's name in alphabetical characters. If the booking does not appear, please try reversing the name and searching again.
Searching by booking reference: Please locate the booking reference from the site where the reservation was made and enter it.
If you are unable to locate the booking, please kindly inform the front desk.
※按下小按钮时
按姓名查询：请输入住宿代表的英文姓名。若未显示预订信息，请尝试将姓名前后颠倒后重新搜索。
按预订号查询：请在预订网站查询预订号后输入。
若仍无法查询，烦请告知前台工作人员。

予約の照会ができた場合、表示されているすべての情報に間違いがないかご確認ください。
If you are able to view your booking, please check that all the information displayed is correct.
若能查询到预约信息，请确认显示的所有信息是否正确无误。

日本にお住まいであれば、「日本に居住の方」を押してください。
そうでなければ、右のボタンを押し、パスポートをスキャンしてください。

背景が黄色になっている箇所（例であれば住所・同行者の氏名）を入力してください。
住所は、上から3段目の「〒」から郵便番号で検索が可能です。検索後、必ず番地まで入力してください。
（マンション名・号室は不要です。）
