チェックイン時の検温実施についてのお知らせ【About temperature measurement at check-in】
平素より相鉄フレッサイン浜松町大門をご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。
新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の防止のため、以下の通り、
チェックインの際に全てのお客様へ検温を実施させていただきます。
Thank you for using Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus infections,
we will start measuring the temperature of all customers.
・非接触タイプの体温計を使用し、従業員がお客様の体温を確認させていただきます。
Employees use a non-contact thermometer to measure.
・37.5℃以上の発熱が確認されたお客様へは健康状態の確認をさせて頂き、
状況に応じて新型コロナ受診相談窓口へのご相談をお願いさせて頂く場合がございます。
If you have a fever above 37.5 degrees, check your health.
In addition, please consult the consultation counter depending on the situation.
・検温を拒否されるお客様にはご宿泊をお断りさせて頂く場合もございます。
If you refuse to carry out the temperature measurement, we will refuse the accommodation.
※従業員も毎日出勤時に検温・健康管理チェックを実施しております。
37.5℃以上の発熱が確認された場合や健康状態が良好でない場合は勤務しておりません。
Employees also carry out temperature measurements and health management checks daily.
引き続き、館内ではマスク着用及び手・指のアルコール消毒実施へのご協力をお願い申し上げます。
また、館内の消毒作業も継続して実施して参ります。
全てのお客様に、より安心してご宿泊頂けますようご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
