You can also use your own PC for connection.
A wired LAN cable is also available as a separate rental item, so you can stay in a comfortable Internet environment.
Please check the information on the guestroom TV for the Wi-Fi password.
Please tell about the equipment and amenities in guest rooms.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, slippers, hair dryer, electric pot, mugs, deodorizing spray, and air purifier are provided.
There is none in the guest rooms, but there is a free amenity corner at the lobby of the main building.
We offer toothbrush, body sponge, razor, shower caps, hairbrushes, bath salts, facial cleaners, face wash, face lotion, milky lotion, and hair dressing products. Please feel free to use them.
Do you have face lotion and milky lotion in the guest room?
Can I call an outside line from the room phone?
We have a pay phone at the lobby on the 1st floor, so please use it when making an outside call.
(Pay phones are exclusively for domestic calls.)
The height of the pillows did not suit me. Are there pillows with a different height?
Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set aside some time to search for room vacancy again or contact the hotel.
Is sleepwear available?
The hotel's original separate pajamas are available in the lobby.
Please inquire with the hotel at the time of reservation for larger sizes and children's pajamas, as they are in limited supply.
Is nothing happening even when you press the "Search Booking" button on your smartphone?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again after temporarily disabling the content blocker settings on your device.
As of June 2021, the inability to display content has been confirmed with TREND MICRO's "Virus Buster Mobile." However, even if you use other ad blocking apps, you can resolve the issue through the same procedure.
1. Tap "Settings" on your device.
2. Scroll down the screen, then tap "Safari".
3. Tap "Content Blockers".
4. Turn off the app that is displayed on the "Content Blockers Allowed".

Cleaning of guest rooms for consecutive nights
Do you clean guest rooms everyday?
If you wish for the rooms to be cleaned by our staff, please post the blue-colored card on the door outside by noon. If the card is not posted, please note beforehand that our staff will not enter the room.
If you only wish for new towels, please post the orange-colored card on the door outside by noon.
The towels will be provided in front of the door.
*Due to sanitation concerns, our staff will enter the room for cleaning after every 3 nights of stay, regardless of whether or not the guests have requested for such service. The staff will also enter the rooms for the purpose of room maintenance, legal inspections and for emergencies, even on days where cleaning has not been scheduled. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Facilities
Do you have a safe deposit box?
For valuables, you may put them in a valuables bag at the front desk and we will store them in the hotel's safe.
Please note that we may not be able to store your valuables depending on their size and value.
Can I drink the water in the room?
Our hotel has a water purification system installed in the entire building, so even the water in the unit bath in the guest rooms is purified. Savor delicious water from SOU-BI-SUI.
What is a SOU-BI-SUI?

Do you have an ice machine?
Do you have any space to smoke?
Guests who smoke should reserve a smoking room.
There are no facilities such as smoking spaces in the hotel, except for the smoking rooms.
Do you have coin laundry machines?
Charges depend on the amount of laundry.
From washing to drying (3 kg): 600 yen per load.
From washing to drying (1 kg): 500 yen per time
Washing only (6 kg): 300 yen per time
Drying only (3 kg): ¥100 per time.
No detergent required (automatic loading into washing machine).
*Payment at laundries is by IC payment only.
Are there vending machines available?
There are vending machines for soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and cup noodles (main building only).
We have no cigarette vending machines. We are sorry, but please purchase cigarettes at the convenience store nearby.
Is there a grand bath?
There is a unit-type bath in the guest rooms. We also have bath salts available at the lobby's free amenity corner, so please use them.
*Some guest rooms have separate bathroom and toilet.
Do you lend scissors, fruit knives, etc.?
We do not lend fruit knives. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Access / Parking
Please let me know how to get there from Akasaka station.
Take the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line to Akasaka Station, exit through the Ichitsugi Dori direction (3a or 3b) ticket gate and go straight up the stairs or escalator to the B1 floor of Akasaka Biz Tower.
Take the exit 3a, turn right, cross the street diagonally at the intersection, and go straight to the right.
There is a ”Family Mart” and a ”Sukiya” on your left.
