下記の期間、ホテル周辺において、公共下水道（汚水管）の移設工事が実施されます。
工事期間中は、夜間に作業音や振動が発生する場合がございます。
お客様にはご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
工事期間：2026年9月16日（水）～11月30日（月）
作業時間：22:00～翌朝6:00
※土曜日・日曜日の作業はありません。
※工事の進捗状況により、期間・時間が変更となる場合があります。

Thank you for staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe-Sannomiya.
Public sewer relocation work will be carried out near the hotel during the following period.
Please be advised that construction noise and vibrations may occur during the nighttime hours. In particular,
louder construction noise may occur from September 21 to September 27, 2026.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
Construction Period：September 16 – November 30, 2026
Working Hours：10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
In principle, no work is scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays.
The schedule may change depending on construction progress.
