【忘れ物の保管期間変更に関するお知らせ】
平素より当ホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
宿泊約款の改定に伴い、館内で発見された忘れ物の保管期間を、下記のとおり変更いたします。
変更前：発見日から3か月間
変更後：発見日から1か月間
新しい保管期間は、2026年10月1日以降にチェックアウトされたお客様の忘れ物から適用いたします。
保管期間を過ぎた忘れ物につきましては、当ホテル所定の方法により処分させていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、忘れ物の種類や内容によっては、法令等に基づき、警察への届出など別途対応を行う場合がございます。
お客様には何卒ご理解賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。
[Notice Regarding Changes to the Storage Period for Lost and Found Items]
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our hotel.
In accordance with revisions to our Terms and Conditions of Stay, we will be changing the storage period for lost and found items discovered on the hotel premises as follows:
Previous: 3 months from the date of discovery
New: 1 month from the date of discovery
The new storage period will apply to lost and found items belonging to guests who check out on or after October 1, 2026.
Please be advised that any lost items not claimed by the end of the storage period will be disposed of in accordance with the hotel’s established procedures.
Please note that depending on the type or nature of the lost item, we may take additional measures, such as reporting the matter to the police, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
