We would like to inform you that the "Gift Coupon" issued by Sunroute Co., Ltd. will be discontinued as of September 30, 2025 (Tuesday), and refunds will be made in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Law Concerning the Settlement of Funds.
Customers with unused "Gift Coupons" are requested to redeem them by the end of the redemption period or request a refund within the following refund request period.

1. Type of prepaid means of payment for termination and refund.

2. Issuer of the gift coupon to be refunded

3. End date of redemption 
until September 30, 2025 (Tuesday)

4. Refund request period 
0:00 October 1, 2025 (Wed) to 23:59 December 30, 2025 (Tue) 
*If no refund request is made within the said period, you will be excluded from this refund proced. method of application and refundure.

5. method of application and refund
(1) For refunds at hotel outlets: 
Please bring the unused “Gift Coupon” to any Hotel Sunroute outlet.
The coupon will be exchanged for cash on the spot.

(2) If you wish to receive a refund by bank transfer: 
・Please send an e-mail with the name, address, and contact information of the person making the request to the person in charge of Gift Coupons.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a return envelope and a “Gift Coupon Refund Application Form”.
Please fill in the required information (name, address, contact information, number of Gift Coupons to be refunded, and bank account information) and send the form with the unused Gift Coupons in the return envelope.
After confirming the information on the “Gift Coupon Refund Application” and unused Gift Coupons, we will transfer the total face value of the Gift Coupon to your designated account (we will pay for the cost of return postage and bank transfer fees).
Please note that the request for transfer must be received by 23:59 on the last day of the refund period in order to be valid.
Personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than for the refund.
