Sotetsu Hotels Club Application Notification of Recommended OS Version Change and Partial Layout Change in the Application

Thank you for your constant patronage of Sotetsu Hotels.
Effective June 6, 2023 (scheduled), the recommended OS version of the Sotetsu Hotels Club application (hereinafter referred to as the "official application") will be changed, and the layout of the application will be partially changed. Details are as follows.

■Effective date: After June 6, 2023 (scheduled), the following specifications will be changed upon updating the official application.
To update to the latest version of the app, please visit https://sotetsu-hotels.com/dl.php.
*You will be redirected to the app store if you access the site from a smartphone. The update will be available after 6/6 (time to be determined).

■Recommended OS Version
Before: iOS 10-13.2 / Android 5.1-10
After: iOS unchanged / Android 9.0 or later

(How to check the OS version of your device)
iOS: "Settings" > "General" > "Information" > "iOS Version
Android: "Settings" > "System" / "Device information" etc. > "Android version

*Menu names and locations may differ depending on the smartphone device.
Please contact the distributor for OS update methods and whether your device is compatible with OS updates. If you are using a device with an OS version lower than the recommended version, please consider updating the OS.

*Even if the OS version does not meet the above criteria, the official application can be installed, but we do not guarantee the operation of the application.
*Even if your device is equipped with the above OS, it may not work due to special settings of the device, free space, communication conditions, communication speed, etc.

■Points of Change
"Sotetsu Hotels Partner Hotels" is newly added to the "Search by Brand" hotel search function.
As of June 6, 2023, Cypress Hotel Nagoya-eki Mae will be listed here. (Currently classified under the "Hotel Sunroute" brand)
