We offer a breakfast buffet full of Japanese dishes such as Japanese side dishes, pickles, well-flavored miso soup and omelet.
In addition to Japanese food, the Asian Ethnic Corner features Vietnamese breakfast staples such as “pho”, coconut-flavored chicken curry, and rice porridge with plenty of toppings.
There is also a wide selection of Japanese sweets, such as matcha sweets and Shiratama dango (chewy rice cakes), and fruits. Enjoy pairing them with Japanese tea called hojicha and sencha.

Chef Koji Kobayashi who cooks in the traditional high-end restaurant "Kacyo" in Ginza, Tokyo is in charge of offering a full-range of Japanese gastronomic delights that live the essence of the ingredients with his authentic culinary skills. The dishes served at the counter, which is separated into three stations comprising Sushi, Teppanyaki, and Tempura, are made by highly professional chefs. You will surely enjoy the atmosphere and delectable dishes that will make you feel as if you are at a sushi or tempura restaurant like in Japan.
