Revision of the "SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Membership agreement" Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using SOTETSU HOTELS.

We would like to inform you that we have changed a part of the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB Membership Agreement that our company establishes on March 1st, 2023.
The major changes are the revocation of memberships and the modification of some of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Key Changes
・"Article 5. Membership Status and Period of Validity of Points Held  1. Expiration of membership membership"

The terms and conditions regarding the “revocation of membership after 2 years of inactivity from the date of last use” will be changed.
In principle, if you do not use the hotel for 2 years, your contract will be an "automatic cancellation," but as a special measure, we are currently not canceling your contract because you may not be able to use the hotel due to the COVID-19.
In light of the prolonged period of the COVID-19 crisis and the possibility of such a situation occurring in the future, we are changing the policy to one that does not require automatic cancellation.
