[Alert] Notice Regarding Suspicious Messages Leading to Fraudulent Sites from Hotel

It has been confirmed that some customers who made reservations through Booking.com at certain SOTETSU HOTELS received messages directing them to suspicious sites sent by unknown individuals.
As of today, the following hotels have been confirmed to have sent suspicious messages.

・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome (confirmed late night on July 25, 2024)
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Sakuradoriguchi (confirmed late night on August 1, 2024)

SOTETSU HOTELS and Booking.com do not send messages directing customers to suspicious sites. For our valued customers, if you receive such suspicious messages from SOTETSU HOTELS or Booking.com, please be sure not to access the URL provided in the message.

In response to the current situation, SOTETSU HOTELS has changed the login passwords for the management system provided by Booking.com and managed by our company. We have also temporarily suspended accepting new reservations via Booking.com.
