Regarding a problem with membership registration for some e-mail addresses

Thank you for your continued patronage of SOTETSU HOTELS.

When you register for the “SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB” membership program, you are required to authenticate your email address. However, if the email address after the @ symbol is "outlook.jp," "outlook.com," or "hotmail.com," you are not receiving the PIN code for authentication, and are therefore unable to proceed with membership registration.

We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please wait until the system is restored. Other email addresses are still available.
