Notice of Power Outage throughout the building Monday, November 18, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM


Thank you for your continued patronage of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon on Monday, November 18, 2024.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon will be conducting a statutory inspection of our electrical facilities on the following dates to ensure the safety and security of our guests.

The entire building will be without power during the inspection, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Date and time of power outage: Monday, November 18, 2024, 12:00pm to 1:30pm
The work itself will take place from 11:00am to 3:00pm, so the timing may vary slightly.
* This is for guests staying on Monday, November 18, and for guests staying during consecutive nights.

◆ Requests during your stay
- The elevators in the hotel will be shut down for approximately 1.5 hours from the start of the power outage until it is restored
, so please use the emergency stairs when moving around the hotel.

During the blackout, power will also be cut off to guest rooms, so please refrain from storing raw food in the refrigerator.

Please switch your PCs and other devices to run on their internal batteries in advance.

During a power outage, not only hot water but also cold water will not be available.
