平素は相鉄フレッサイン横浜戸塚を
ご利用いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
この度、下記の時間におきまして
エアコンの設備点検を行うことになりました。
■作業日時
2025年9月17日 10:30～15:00 ４階
2025年9月18日 10:30～15:00 ９階
点検に置きましては、4階・９階の全ての客室内に立ち入りをさせていただきます。
*点検中はエアコンのご利用が出来ません。
滞在中のお客さまにはご不便をおかけしますが、
何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama-Totsuka.
We will be conducting an inspection of air conditioner at the following times.
■Date: Sep 18th (Wed) From 10:30 AM to 15:00 PM 4th floor
Sep 19th (Thu) From 10:30 AM to 15:00 PM 9th floor
For the inspection, we will be entering all guest rooms on the 4th and 9th floors.
*Air conditioning will not be available during the inspection.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our guests during their stay, and we appreciate your understanding.
